1. What is Emliimse?

Emliimse is a U.S.-based brand offering unique, fan-inspired designs. Every item is custom-made when you order.

2. Do you offer refunds or returns?

We only offer refunds or replacements if:

• Your item arrives damaged
• The print is defective
• You received the wrong item
• Your package is lost in transit

We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, wrong sizes chosen, or “change of mind” returns.
This policy protects product quality and allows us to keep our prices fair.

3. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Email us at contact@emliimse.com with:

• Your order number
• A photo of the issue
• A brief description

We will replace it or refund you free of charge.

4. What if I chose the wrong size?

Because each item is made specifically for your order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for sizing issues.
Please always check the size chart provided on each product page.

5. How long does production & shipping take?

Production time: 2–5 business days
Shipping times:

• USA: 2–7 business days

Tracking is sent automatically once your order ships.

6. Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes — within the first 12 hours.
After production begins, we can’t modify or cancel the order.

7. What if my package is lost?

If the carrier confirms the package is lost, or tracking hasn’t updated for several days, we will resend your order free of charge.

8. What if my package says “Delivered” but I didn’t receive it?

Please check your mailbox, porch, neighbors, and building office.
Carriers sometimes scan packages early.
If you still don’t find it after 24–48 hours, contact us — we’ll help resolve it.

9. Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship to the USA, we don't offer international shipping.

10. How do I care for my apparel?

• Turn garment inside out
• Machine wash cold
• Tumble dry low or hang dry
• Do not iron directly on the printed area
